Ubuntu Canarias plays “Entre-Vistas”, a game for preparing job interviews

The coordinator of Ubuntu Canarias’ Employment area, who is also a career counsellor, took part in a session run by COE Canarias and the Canary Employment Service where “Entre-Vistas. The job interview game” was played.
Today, 27 October 2026, the coordinator of Ubuntu Canarias’ Employment area, Soraya Mohamedi, who is also a career counsellor, attended a session at COE Canarias, the Space for Innovation and Experimentation in Employment, supported by the Canary Employment Service. The session played “Entre-Vistas”, a board game for preparing job interviews.
It is played on a board with question cards and a die, and comes with a reflection sheet of three questions: what makes you happy, what could you do better and what do you need to start doing. It was created by Daniela Elena Saputi, Marianela Díaz Gómez, Paola Barbuzano Díaz, Raquel Quintana Ojeda and Ubay Ojeda Betancor.
Playing lets you practise interview questions, see how you answer and spot what to improve before a real selection process. The coordinator also learned about other training resources for employment professionals and made new contacts.
Ubuntu Canarias is adding a copy of the game to its guidance and labour-market integration work. Guidance means giving each person tools to recognise their skills and approach every process with more confidence, which goes beyond informing about job offers.
We thank COE Canarias and the Canary Employment Service for organising spaces where organisations can share experiences and try new ways of supporting people in their job search.
